Loving God, you formed the earth and made it our home. You gathered a people to yourself and brought them into a good land.
When the appointed time had come, you sent us your wondrous gift, Jesus Christ, the Word made flesh.
He gave himself for us and offered himself to you, that we might receive eternal life, forgiveness of sins,
and a share in a new world of justice and peace.
Send us your Spirit to consecrate our gift to you. In union with Christ, your Son, we offer all that we are,
all that we possess, our community life and our service to people.
May your kingdom come. May it so transform our world that all will live as you desire.
We ask this through Christ our Lord. Amen.
